Creditor Information and Resources

Access to Chapter 13 Case Data is available to users who register with this office and meet the following requirements:

  • You must appear as a Creditor in an "active" Chapter 13 case in which David Rawlings is the appointed Trustee.

  • Read the Website Access Agreement and complete the access request form.

  • All agreements are manually processed and may take between 1 and 5 business days to process.
