Payroll Deduction

If you are employed, the Trustee will issue a payroll order to your employer’s payroll department for purposes of receiving your plan payments via payroll deduction. You will need to provide to your attorney and the Trustee your employer’s name, address, and the frequency of your pay (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly).
